Q. When do you meet?
A. We meet every Tuesday from 7:00 am to 8:30 am.
Q. What happens at a meeting?
A. Each meeting at every chapter
of the BNI adheres to a strict schedule. Recognizing that it is
important to stay focused so that we may leave on time our
meetings have a certain time limit assigned for each part. Every
member gives a 45 second commercial about their business. This
is followed by giving the opportunity to visitors and guests to
also give a 45 second commercial.
Q. Can I talk about my business at the meeting?
A. Our philosophy is that each profession is represented by one
person. When a member joins, their profession is "locked out"
and no other member of that profession may join. If you are in a
profession that competes with one of our members you may attend
the meeting. However, we ask that you not give a commercial
about your business. You may identify yourself and offer your
impressions about the meeting.
Q. What happens if I want to join your chapter.
A. You will be provided with a membership application at the
meeting and you may receive assistance from our members with
filling it out.
